Warranty

At Birzman, we invest significant time, energy and resources into product development. Our designers, engineers and QC staff are constantly monitoring the development and production process. 

We have every confidence in our products and believe that you will too. The fact remains however, that there will be times when the products need replacing. 

If your Birzman product does not function according to its intended purpose, due to manufacturer defect*, either a spare replacement part will be issued (conditions apply), or the product will be replaced at Birzman’s discretion if unrepairable with a spare part. 

2 Year Warranty

Pumps, CO2 Inflators, Carriers and Bottle Cages are warranted against manufacturer defects* for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. 

Lifetime Warranty

All Tools carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects* for the life of the product.


Please note that this Warranty Policy DOES NOT cover:

- Normal wear and tear.

- Incorrect installation, usage, modification or alteration. 

- Damage or failure caused by neglect, misuse, abuse or accident. 

- Consumable goods such as CO2 cartridges and those of high polymer material. 

Should you wish to pursue a claim, please provide an original sales receipt as proof of purchase and contact a Birzman Distributor in your region. 
Cases without a proof of purchase would not be covered under the following warranty policy and would not be processed. 

 
*in material and/or workmanship, subject to Birzman QC inspections and interpretations. 

Replacements will ‎not extend the original warranty period, nor will they constitute the beginning of a new warranty period.
