Warranty

At Birzman, we invest significant time, energy and resources into product development. Our designers, engineers and QC staff are constantly monitoring the development and production process. 

We have every confidence in our products and believe that you will too. The fact remains however, that there will be times when the products need replacing. 

 

1 Year Warranty

If your Birzman product does not function according to its intended purpose, due to manufacturer defect*, either the product will be replaced at Birzman’s discretion, or a spare replacement part will be issued* (conditions apply). 

Please note that this Warranty Policy DOES NOT cover:

- Normal wear and tear.

- Incorrect installation, usage, modification or alteration. 

- Damage or failure caused by neglect, misuse, abuse or accident. 

Should you wish to pursue a claim, please provide an original sales receipt as proof of purchase and contact a Birzman Distributor in your region. 
Cases without a proof of purchase would not be covered under the following warranty policy and would not be processed.
