Birzman have been awarded the prestigious Taipei cycle d&i awards 2012 for Wedge Wedge tire lever. Wedge Wedge tire lever- Multi-functional tire lever and adjustable rim strip. Ergonomic shape and intelligent use of materials ensure this tool maximizes ease of maintenance for the mechanic. Length of 206mm with flexible handle to provide a firm grip when servicing tires. Protective covering prevents the tire lever from damaging the rim in use. Yet another typically stylish and functional addition to the already swelling ranks of must-have Birzman tools."

The specialist wrench design utilises a simple and yet ergonomic shape, in concert with hard wearing materials (Cro Moly steel and TPR), to create a highly functional, durable and attractive design. These tools represent the backbone of any professional workshop and are in daily use – as a result comfort, leverage and durability (as previously mentioned) were “front-of-mind” during the design process. Central to both the wrenches comfort and functionality is the new oval handle shape – augmented by a modular wrench extension which seamlessly combines with the wrench to increase leverage whilst working on stubborn or seized pedal threads etc.
